You can cancel your Mida subscription yourself at any time. No need to contact us. Here's how.

Step 1: Go to Subscription. Click on your Avatar profile at the bottom left, then select Subscription.

Step 2: Click Manage Billing. This opens your secure Stripe billing page, where you can see your current plan and billing details.

Step 3: On the Stripe page, select Cancel plan and confirm.

That's it. Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period, so you keep access until then. You won't be charged again.

Changed your mind? You can resubscribe any time from the same Subscription page.
