Do you offer an agency portal to see all clients and results, or are clients on separate accounts?

Updated this week

Yes. Mida supports two flexible agency setups, depending on how you work with your clients and handle billing.

You can either:

  1. Manage individual client-owned accounts, or

  2. Run multiple client projects under one agency-owned account

Option 1: Individual Client Accounts (Client-Owned Billing)

This option is ideal when your clients want to own their Mida account, data, and subscription, while you manage setup and experimentation on their behalf.

Each client has their own independent Mida account, and billing is handled directly between the client and Mida.

From Mida UI:

Key characteristics

  • Each client has a separate Mida account

  • Clients manage their own subscription and payment

  • You can switch into client accounts to manage tests and settings

  • Client usage and plans are not shared with your agency account

Option 1A: Add Client Account

Fast-track Your Client Onboarding

Create a ready-to-use Mida account for your client in seconds.

What happens next

  • Instant 7-day paid trial
Your client gets full access to all Mida features

  • Automatic invitation email
The client receives a setup link immediately

  • Full agency access
You can switch into their account and help them get started right away

  • Zero friction onboarding
No back-and-forth emails or manual setup required

After the 7-day trial:

  • Your client can upgrade on their own or continue on the Free plan

  • You’ll keep access to manage their account either way

Best for:
New clients who don’t yet have a Mida account and want a fast, guided setup.

Option 1B: Request Client Access

Access an Existing Account

Use this option if your client already has a Mida account created by themselves or someone else.

How it works

  • We send your client an email request to approve your access

  • Once approved, you can switch to their organization

  • You’ll gain access to:

    • Manage A/B tests

    • Configure account and experiment settings

    • Support ongoing optimization work

Best for:
Existing Mida users who want to grant access to your agency.

Important notes for Option 1

  • Client subscriptions are completely separate from your agency plan

  • Client MTU usage does not count toward your agency quota

  • Client plan limits apply based on their own subscription

  • Your agency plan limits and MTU are not shared with clients

Option 2: Shared Agency Account (Agency-Owned Billing)

This option is designed for agencies who prefer to bundle Mida into their own services and handle client billing directly.

Instead of separate client accounts, you manage multiple client projects under one agency account.

How it works

  • Your agency account can include up to 10 projects

  • All projects:

    • Share your agency’s base 200K MTU quota, or

    • Use custom MTU limits per project that you define

Client access

  • Clients do not need their own Mida subscription

  • You can invite clients as Viewers

  • Each client gets:

    • Their own login credentials

    • Access only to their specific project

    • Visibility into their reports and campaigns (read-only)

Important notes

  • Projects under this setup do not have separate Mida subscriptions

  • All usage is counted under your agency MTU quota

  • Your agency is responsible for:

    • Client billing

    • MTU allocation

    • Account and access management

Best for:
Agencies who want centralized control and to resell or bundle Mida as part of their offering.

Higher plan limit

If your agency needs higher MTU limits, more than 10 projects, or a custom setup under the Shared Agency Account (Option 2), our team can help.
