Yes. Mida supports two agency setups, depending on who pays for Mida: your client, or your agency.
Individual client accounts: your client owns the account and the subscription
Agency-owned billing: your agency pays, and your clients do not need their own subscription
Option 1: Individual Client Accounts (Client-Owned Billing)
This option is ideal when your clients want to own their Mida account, data, and subscription, while you manage setup and experimentation on their behalf.
Each client has their own independent Mida account, and billing is handled directly between the client and Mida.
From Mida UI:
How it works: Request Client Access
Use this option if your client already has a Mida account created by themselves or someone else.
We send your client an email request to approve your access
Once approved, you can switch to their organization
You gain access to manage A/B tests, configure settings, and support ongoing optimization work
Best for:
Clients who want to own billing and data, with your agency doing the hands-on work.
Important notes for Option 1
Client subscriptions are completely separate from your agency plan
Client MTU usage does not count toward your agency quota
Client plan limits apply based on their own subscription
Option 2: Agency-Owned Billing (Your Agency Pays)
This option is designed for agencies who prefer to bundle Mida into their own services and handle client billing directly. Your agency pays for Mida, your clients do not need their own subscription, and all usage draws from your agency’s pooled MTU quota, which you can allocate across clients.
There are two ways to set this up.
2A: Add Client (their own account, billed to you)
With the paid Agency Plan, you can create a ready-to-use Mida account for your client in seconds.
Their own account
Your client gets a separate Mida account with full access to all Mida features, the same as our Growth plan. They can build and edit experiments, not just view themBilled under your agency subscription
No trial, no client payment. Their usage draws from your pooled agency MTUAutomatic invitation email
The client receives a setup link immediatelyFull agency access
You can switch into their account and help them get started right away
Best for:
Most agencies. Each client works in their own account while you keep billing and usage under central control.
2B: Projects inside your agency account (viewer access)
Instead of separate client accounts, you can also manage multiple client projects under one agency account.
Your agency account supports unlimited client projects
All projects share your agency’s base 50K MTU quota, or use custom MTU limits per project that you define
Clients can be invited as Viewers. Each client gets their own login credentials, access only to their specific project, and read-only visibility into their reports and campaigns.
Best for:
Clients who only need to see results, while your team runs everything.
Important notes for Option 2
Clients do not need their own Mida subscription
All usage is counted under your agency MTU quota
Your agency is responsible for client billing, MTU allocation, and account and access management
Higher plan limit
If your agency needs higher MTU limits or a custom setup, our team can help.
