What is the visitor limit on the free plan?
The free plan allows you to test up to 100,000 visitors per month. More details on monthly tested users can be found here: https://www.mida.so/monthly-tested-users
How does the monthly reset work?
The 100,000 visitor count resets to zero at the beginning of each new month.
This is not tied to a billing cycle, but to the calendar month.
Can unused visitors roll over
No, there's no cumulative limit across multiple months. Each month starts fresh with 100,000 available visitors.
What happens if I exceed 100,000 visitors
If you exceed 100,000 visitors in a given month, you'll need to upgrade to continue testing, or wait for the count to reset at the start of the next calendar month. Either way, you won't lose access to your account or your existing data.
Separately, free plans show the last 60 days of data in your reports. Your experiments keep recording beyond 60 days, but the report only displays the most recent 60 days. Ending an experiment saves a permanent snapshot of its results, which stays in your account after the 60 days have passed.
Is there a limit to how long I can use the free plan
There's no time limit on the free plan. You can continue using it as long as you stay within the monthly visitor limit.
