How to track form submissions

There are two ways to track form submissions in Mida:

You can use the Form Submit Goal to track form submissions easily. To do this, setup a new goal and select 'Form Submit':

Then, enter the path selector for the form itself (e.g., #contact-form).

Note: If you've integrated with other form platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo, Typeform), the option to setup that specific Form Submit goal will also appear.

You can also setup a form submit event using our API. This will allow you to track multiple forms as a single goal.
